A qualified quantity surveyor with more than 15 years’ experience, Stephen joined Chord earlier this year from the Birmingham office of project management and cost consultancy AYH. He has significant experience within the Midlands’ development market and has worked successfully with both construction and property professionals on a number of key projects.

At Chord, Stephen will be responsible for co-ordinating the firm’s development projects, including new homes and offices in and around Birmingham, and seeking out new development opportunities.

He said: “Chord has a number of schemes set to start on site and others in the pipeline. We are also looking at new opportunities to expand our portfolio. I’m looking forward to playing a more strategic role as we seek to increase our activities.”

Stephen, 31, lives in Mustow Green, Kidderminster, and is married with two children. He is a keen West Bromwich Albion supporter.
